Hollywood Numbskull of the Day: Benicio Del Toro

It is no secret Hollywood is full of numbskulls unable to do the bare minimum of due diligence. Because that would require actual thinking, and for most Hollywood celebrities, that kind of thing is above their pay grade and skill level. Ok, just skill level.

And some may just not like Jews that much. At least, the Jews who are proud Jews (as opposed to the vast majority of the Hollywood kind).

We have seen it especially during the violent Gaza riots of late. A number of celebrities – mostly Jewish, unfortunately – have blasted Israel while exonerating those truly at blame, namely Hamas and the palestinians following their orders to breach the border fence and create casualties in order to demonize Israel. It does not take too much effort to see this is what happening – even the mainstream media, biased as it is, has not avoided the reality that these riots are violent and orchestrated by Hamas.

The latest celebrity to show his numbskullery is Spanish-American actor Benicio Del Toro, showing that his depiction of a scoundrel in The Last Jedi was perhaps not a huge stretch.

Hollywood actor Benicio del Toro joined Palestinians at the Cannes Film Festival on Tuesday in a demonstration against the Israeli army’s killing of Palestinians on the Gaza border.

In Cannes, southern France, dozens of people stood in a circle and held hands outside the Palestinian pavilion.

“It’s really crazy to be here with the films, with the filmmakers, talking about our future plans while our kids and families are suffering from the Israeli attack on them,” said Palestinian film producer and director, May Odeh.
