A former nurse (more on that later), Gretchen now seems to be a fulltime hater of Israel.

She was actually fired from a job as as a hospice case manager. I would hate to think what might happen if she still had that job…and a Jewish patient.
I would also hate the idea of her anywhere near the local synagogue.
