On Nov. 29, 2016, the Ohio State House passed HB 476 to ban “state agents” from entering into or renewing contracts with companies, unless it is contractually declared that the company is not boycotting or disinvesting from Israel.
The Ohio legislature passed HB 476 by a vote of 26-5 on December 8, 2016.
