In early in early March 2016, both Virginia Houses of Delegates passed HJ 177 condemning the actions of the BDS movement, and states that Virginia “oppose[s] all attempts to economically and politically isolate Israel within the international arena, including promotion of economic, cultural, and academic boycotts.”
