Firey Temper

Talk about having money to burn..
An Israeli man was so fired up after a fight with his wife that he burned their joint savings of more than NIS 3 million (about USD 685,000) in cash, police said Wednesday.A furious woman told police that her husband lost his temper after arguing with her about money and then went to the family safe, took out NIS 3 million in cash, and burned it in their backyard. An initial investigation at the scene revealed thousands of charred bills.Because the money was jointly owned, the woman turned to police to investigate a possible criminal indictment against the husband.
What a waste! (Why couldn’t he have been reading Israellycool at the time, and in his anger, donated all of his bank savings to me via Paypal?)
In any event, I guess he could always claim that he did not realize that he lit the fire (otherwise known as the ‘Bibi’ defense).

The ‘remains’ should be forensically examined to verify they were real bank notes.
I want to open a fire extinguisher store in an upscale Israeli neighborhood now. Market to the wives. That’s just poor planning, to argue about money without a fire extinguisher nearby.

Cut off the nose, spite the face. P.S. Azaria? Are you kidding?
