Romney won the debate. It wasn’t even close. Will it matter in the polls? Probably. An already close national race for the popular vote will tighten even more. If President Obama thinks he’s already got this election won, he should think again.
No question Romney won. I thought, wow, where did this guy come from? Not what I expected from him. Obama just seemed lost.
And this was on domestic matters only. Wait until the third debate on foreign policy when Obama will have to justify his dissing Israel and his negligence in Libya.
Don’t you remember? Amything accurate on the Middle east is considered a “gaffe”.
A gaffe is when a politician, without premeditation, tells an inconvenient truth.
Not voting for the Mormon, but he definitely won and made Obama look like a fool. If he wins the next two and Ryan wins his, its an open election easily. Romney just has to button down the gaffes and hold out until November.
Isn’t the phrase “not voting for the Mormon” a little incendiary? If you don’t like his policies, fine, but I’d be deeply suspicious of anyone who said “not voting for the Jew” or “not voting for the black man”. He’s a Mormon, so what? I’m not a fan of the baptism thing but it really doesn’t matter what they believe, it’s not going to affect my Jewishness.
One of those “gaffes” was accurately describing the situation here. I’m sorry you’re going ot do your part to elect Obama, but then again, your state probably isn’t in play. (Hey, I sent an Afrocentric friend info on registering, but she votes California.)
Which gaffe? I agree with the 47% one. As Norman said above…
I am not doing anything to elect Obama. The GOP chose to crush three superior candidates and stifle their campaigns. I refer to Santorum, Gingrich, and Paul (not Bachmann or Cain).
Oh, yeah. I have to assume you know the Reid is also Mormon. It doesn’t affect your politics.
Certainly and hes a scumbag too. I do like Mike Lee, however.
