Yesterday, I blogged about the This Is Palestine positive branding initiative.

Kol ha Kavod to Michael, for his excellent video response rebutting the seductive but false marketing and accurately depicting what “Palestine” really is.

      Kol Hakavod indeed.

I wouldn’t even call it seductive, unless you’re a shallow, unthinking, herd mentality type (which many are, sadly). Any idiot can say “Our nation is a country of poets and art.” Let’s see some proof.

      They gave none.

Not one of those subhuman colonists is wearing a Burqa – in Judith Butler’s “Palestine”, most of these colonists would be ritually slaughtered for dishonoring their family’s Quranic pride.

If Lisa Duggan’s foot soldiers want to improve the brand of Satan/”Palestine”, why don’t they engage in humanity-washing? You know, they could stop raping children – even through they worship the satanic false god Mohammed (piss upon him) who was a child rapist – they could pass laws against it to trick the world. Why don’t they protest against what their governments are doing in Islamisbad and Baghdad, where the most pressing issue is legalizing child rape to follow Mohammed’s example.

Or democracy-washing. The Ford Israel Fund-style government of Gaza hasn’t held elections of their god incarnate (Calipha) in over a decade. So why doesn’t J Street actually promote an election in the dar al-Shaytan to change the narrative?

Rather than some Madison Avenue glitz that tries to humanize the satanic men, women and child soldiers of Fuckestine – why don’t these global Leftists change their satanic policies?

And such poetry, at that:Poem in PA-associated magazine: Martyrdom-death is a wedding Source: Zayzafuna magazine, Sept. 1, 2013PA-associated educational youth magazine Zayzafuna published for the third time a poem glorifying Martyrdom death for Allah – Shahada:
“If you know that you were born with a death sentence, and if you go to your death without caring – then you’re a Palestinian!
If your song is the song of Martyrdom (Shahada), and death, for you, is birth – then you’re a Palestinian!
If you love death, and you say the Shahada [declaration] (i.e., the Islamic creed: “There is no God but Allah, Muhammad is Allah’s messenger.”) aloud – then you’re a Palestinian!
If you’ve ever felt that you’re an exploding body and that your soul will long one day to be a knight for the homeland – then you’re a Palestinian!
If the stone is your weapon against oppression, and if those who hate [you] criticize your struggle – then you’re a Palestinian!
If you have watered the tree of the homeland with your free blood, with love, and have offered the remnants of your bodily parts as a bridge for those who are yet to come – then you’re a Palestinian!
If you have shattered the chains, and carried the key to the house from which [your] grandparents were expelled – then you’re a Palestinian!
If your wedding (i.e., a Martyr’s death and funeral in Islamic tradition are a wedding to the 72 Maidens of Paradise) was amidst a hail of bullets between the shoulders of friends [who carried your body], against the sound of tears mingled with joy and the searing pain of separation – then you’re a Palestinian, and you’re full of pride at being a Palestinian.”

Note: This poem was published in January 2012, June and September 2013. Twice it was attributed to an 8th grade student and once to a 5th grader.

There’s a thing going around Tumblr these days, StandWithPalestine or something like that, where all sorts of questionable or outright false things are being posted, like the idiotic claim that Israel only gives like 11 liters of water to Palestinian Arabs when it’s actually over 100, or context-free claims like “The IDF has killed 1000+ children since the start of the intifada” (without context as to who the “children” are or how they died), or the claim that some 20something guy who was just “innocently” loading a cart with GRAVEL “to sell” was shot and killed by the IDF (gee, “gravel”? FOR THROWING AT IDF SOLDIERS MAYBE?!)

Excellent! The video though should end with Mahmoud Abbas’ latest statement that a “peace deal” with Israel will not end the Arab-Israeli conflict.
