The war against Israel, is a dirty war, waged by parties using the most despicable tactics. We have seen on numerous occasions how the PLO Arabs do not hesitate to use women, children, animals and ambulances to do their dirty work. Imshin brings us two very recent examples of this phenomenom.
1. The PLO Arabs used their children to build the weapons smuggling tunnels in Rafah (via Middle East: On Target)
In the aftermath of Operation Defensive Wall in April 2002, a series of incursions into Rafiah located a number of tunnels. Their destruction marked a limited success for the IDF, but the victory was short lived. Given the fact that an operating tunnel can net some $50,000 a day for the family head who commissions and owns it, the incentive to dig more and deeper tunnels far overshadowed the cost of losing them. Tunnels were dug deeper, some reaching depths of 10 meters and more (over 30 feet), children were employed to dig around the clock, and when poor conditions led to tunnel collapse and the death of a child, there were plenty more to take his place.
2. PLO Arab gunmen used UNRWA ambulances to flee undercover.
Israel channel 10 aired yesterday Inon Maga’l item showing armed Palestinians use UNRWA ambulances to flee undercover.
Photographs taken at the Gaza Zeintun neighborhood about two weeks ago, on the same night the first APC was exploded, clearly show armed Palestinians boarding a UN-marked ambulance with a UN flag, and flee the scene.
The reporter stressed that this was not a Palestinian Red Cross ambulance, known to have transported armored Palestinians since the outbreak of events, but rather a supposedly neutral ambulance of the UN.
and Imshin adds the following:
We all saw it on TV. Good quality footage. Very clear. You could even see the UN driver at one point. He didnít look at all like he was being forced into anything at gunpoint.
This makes a mockery of the supposed impartiality of the UN.
Of course, it is not just the PLO Arabs and the UN that are working against Israel. You don’t have to look too hard to find someone willing to help your anti-Israel cause.
According to the security sources, a secret videotaped interview with Vanunu passed through the hands of various foreigners as well as a bishop in the St.George Anglican church in Jerusalem where Vanunu has sought refuge since his release from prison last month.
Security officials were still reviewing the hours of tapes Thursday night to determine possible damage to state security.
