Still basking in the glory of his victory at the ICJ, arch terrorist Yasser Afatrat is blaming yesterday’s brutal terror attack on Israel, despite the fact that his own organization claimed responsibility
Palestinian Authority Chairman Yasser Arafat condemned Sunday’s Tel Aviv bomb explosion that was claimed by his Aksa Martyrs Brigades militia, accusing Israel of masterminding the attack.
Arafat suggested that the attack was an act of provocation carried out by Israel following the ruling of the International Court of Justice in The Hague against the West Bank security fence.
Arafat said: “We are against such kinds of bombings, and you must never forget that the Israelis are completely behind it as they have been in the past.”
Speaking to reporters after meeting with UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA)Commissioner General Peter Hansen, Arafat added: “You know who is behind these acts, which are aimed at harming the court decision. Europe knows it, the Americans, the Egyptians, the Jordanians, and the Israelis also know it.”
The fact that he would make such boldfaced lies right after meeting with a UN official is no coincidence. Afatrat knows that no matter what he says or does, he has a friend in the UN and ICJ.
It is time we help Afatrat kick the oxygen habit. And if the PLO Arabs accuse us of being behind it, we can just claim that we were too busy staging fake terror attacks to have the time.
