50 Shekel, You Can Keep the Change

“Jewish” hip hop artist 50 Shekel is apparently as Jewish as a ham sandwich.

greeted with some quote from “John” (as in the Christian bible). If you still have any doubts, the picture in his bio should make it clear where he stands. As should his FAQs and answers, like this one:

Q: Does 50 Shekel read the Torah?
A: Everyday and yes he also reads The Brit Chadasha a/k/a/ The New Covenant a/k/a The New Testament…it’s the Part Jew (2) for every Jew

Which makes the following FAQ and answer somewhat redundant..and deceptive.

Q: Besides showin the love for the Jews, does 50 Shekel also like gentiles, like Christians?
A: Of course. One Nation Under God. One Creator for the whole wide world and it’s inhabitants.

Of course he likes Christians..he is living as one!

Now don’t get me wrong. I am very pro-Christian – for Christians. However, there is something highly unkosher about this pretence of being a 100% kosher Jew. Mr Shekel is clearly trying to appeal to the young Jewish demographic, and spread the word of Jesus to us.

Sorry, not interested.
