Copping a Feel

Palestinian Nader Al-Ju’beh, 48, second right, surrounded by relatives, is seen at his house after being freed from an Israeli jail where he spent 22 years, upon his arrival to the West Bank city of Ramallah, Monday, Aug. 18, 2008. Israel on Monday said two of its longest serving and most prominent Palestinian prisoners, a militant mastermind from the 1970s and a gunman elected to parliament while behind bars, will be among 199 Palestinian inmates to be freed as a goodwill gesture to embattled Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
