John Cusack will say anything, it seems, even when he has no idea what he is talking about.
While attending an award ceremony in Sweden honoring American fugitive from justice Edward Snowden and Guardian editor Alan Rusbridger, he tweeted:
The head RLA spoke about the apartheid wall that imprisons people of gaza 'Alternative Nobel Prize' http://t.co/0FRzyFTc3x#RLA2014”

While it has become common place for Israel’s critics to complain about Israel’s security fence, despite the fact that it has saved countless lives, most of the people complaining at least know where it is . . . . But never mind the details.
And said any people under these circumstances would do anything in their power to liberate themselves Alternative Nobel #RLA2014”

Anything, that is, other than accept liberation that was offered to them in 2000 and 2008. Or, if he’s talking about Gaza (at this point it’s unclear, since he doesn’t seem to know where the “apartheid wall” is), then also in 2005.
Historic as it spoken inside the Swedish parliament which only weeks ago formerly recognized Palestine Alternative Nobel Prize' #RLA2014”

Oh, hey, great news, Sweden has now come to its senses, and now formerly recognizes Palestine. Wait, is that what you meant?
This is not the first time Cusack has expressed his disdain for Israel on twitter. Back in July, he called Israel’s Operation Protective Edge “murder.”
Bombing people who can't escape not defense – does not mean one supports Hamas means to be against murder as solution to political problem

Apparently playing an assassin in a movie doesn’t teach a person how to distinguish between murder and self-defense.
