These days I don’t have to wait long for the Economist to do something to remind me of the joy I felt when cancelling my multi-year subscription; matched only by the revulsion at how many years I read the damn thing.
Those are the ultra-fringe, ultra-loony, totally unrepresentative of Judaism, Neturei Karta. They’re the go-to guys for Mullahs and Neo-Nazis alike when they want Jews they can like. In case The Economist was in any doubt, their illustrative picture even contains a URL for their website!
And this is to illustrate a story about Jews with the word “Elders” in the title??? No alarm bells. None?
