Just when I thought you couldn’t get any more hypocritical than the “inciteful” author Michael Chabon, whose twisted visit to Hebron I profiled here, a colleague alerted me that his writer-wife, Ayelet Waldman, makes him look like a saint. Seriously, how is she given any credence as a writer with all the hate and incitement she spews on Twitter?

Then there’s this:

Listen, I make fun of Israeli rudeness sometimes, but seriously? To call this incident “national character” is a hateful smear. I guess to blow up a bus is not “#dickish” – just the “nature” of the Palestinian people?
Even left-of-center Jeffrey Goldberg called her out, for which I give him credit:

But of course, with her juvenile mind, Waldman couldn’t handle the criticism, let alone from a fellow “intellectual.” Self-reflection is not a part of this “frightening” writer’s lexicon.

Her mental character: #dickish.
