Yesterday I debunked a libel by Muslim website 5 Pillars, who claimed “Jewish settlers chanted insults and curses against the Prophet Muhammad as they stormed Masjid Al Aqsa under the protection of occupying Israeli forces.”
I then tweeted my post and tagged them. Much to my surprise, they responded:
I gave them my email and they promised to respond within 24 hours. Which they did.
Color me surprised they took note and deleted the video. Although I would like to also see an apology, not just for that lie, but for calling the Jewish worshippers “settlers” who “stormed” Al Aqsa.
And how about a promise to review their due diligence processes?
Update 19/8/22: 5 Pillars have now issued a correction:
No apology nor retraction of the use of the words “settlers” and “storming.”
