Indya Moore is an American actor and model known for acting in the FX television series Pose, and who was apparently named by Time as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in 2019. Moore is transgender and non-binary, and uses they/them and she/her pronouns.
Despite the fact those pronouns would be was/were if they ever entered “Palestine”, Moore spoke at an anti-Israel rally in Park City, Utah during the Sundance Film Festival, calling for a ceasefire:

“The palestinian children that have been murdered are not responsible for freeing the hostages right now”
Any Gazan children killed were not murdered by the IDF, but died as a casualty of war. If anything, their deaths should be blamed on Hamas, who started this war and have placed these children in harm’s way.
Those responsible for freeing the hostages are Hamas, and by calling for a ceasefire, you are essentially supporting their continued existence and ability to take more hostages, murder more innocent people, and endanger the lives of more Gazan civilians.
“…with this narrative that somehow killing all these people is going to get these people, who should not be hostages, out. It’s not going to happen”
This is not the narrative. The goal is to free the hostages but also to end Hamas and ensure they can never commit any more atrocities again.
“We don’t want to see anybody hostages. We don’t want to see anybody killed or murdered. That’s just not what this is about.”
Speak for yourself. Most of your fellow anti-Israel protesters have shown at best a callous disregard for Israeli victims of Hamas, and at worst have been egging it on.
“..if you care about the self-determination of everybody…this is what you need to be standing for….Free Palestine is equality for everybody””
Again, speak for yourself. Most of your fellow anti-Israel protesters have shown they oppose self-determination of the Jews. The chant “from the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free” is at best a cry for the palestinian Arabs to control the entirety of Israel, and at worst (and more likely) entails eradicating the Jewish presence. Either way, there is no room for Jewish self-determination in this scenario, and the events of October 7 should have made that clear. “Free Palestine” is the antithesis of equality for everybody, and you would learn that the really hard way if you got your wish and then tried visiting as a gay, trans person.
