The series “Maliha” deals with several aspects of the suffering of the Palestinians in light of the practices of the Israeli occupation and the destruction of Palestinian homes and their displacement. Its events revolve around a Palestinian girl called “Maliha”, who left her land during the events of the 2000 uprising, after the Israeli occupation destroyed her home, to live with her grandparents.
Yeah, there is no panic in Israel over this series. The only online Israeli media reference I could find is this:
which hardly sets a tone of upset, let alone panic.
If there will be any noises out of Israel, I suspect they will be of laughter – given what the intro to the series reveals.
Blogger EoZ, who spotted this, also found other mistakes:
The videos accompanying this narration have little to do with the words spoken: World War II planes are superimposed on World War I narration, a clip of the Kotel after 1967 pretending to be what it looked like before 1900.
As hilarious as this is, it does reveal just how sloppy these people are when it comes to history and facts. Which is how they can be anti-Israel to begin with.
