A couple of months ago, the ‘face’ of Australian palestinian Arabs, APAN president Nasser Mashni, appeared on a podcast called The Safi Bros Podcast, which describes itself as “dedicated to leadership, motivation & personal growth topics, sharing experiences to help you with your professional development.”
For most of the one-and-a-half hours (I know, I deserve a medal), Mashni spoke about how he overcame a difficult childhood as the child of immigrants to become a successful businessman. But of course, it would not be Mashni speaking unless he also engaged in some serious lying, especially when it comes to Israel and our supposed crimes against the palestinian Arabs.

Not surprisingly, towards the end of the interview, Mashni doesn’t rule out the idea of becoming a politician.
