Nasser Mashni Taunting Australian Jews With Recent Post

A few weeks ago, the Australian senate voted to condemn the anti-Israel chant “From the River to the Sea, Palestine will be free”, following Labor Senator Fatima Payman repeating it while accusing Israel of genocide.

The Senate has condemned a pro-Palestinian chant that a Labor senator repeated when she broke ranks to accuse Israel of genocide.

Opposition Senate leader Simon Birmingham introduced the motion on Thursday that condemned the “from the river to the sea” chant, which Labor Senator Fatima Payman referenced as she became the first federal Labor parliamentarian to break ranks by publicly describing what is happening in Gaza as a genocide.

Labor senators backed the motion, which passed with 56 votes in favour and 12 against. Those voting against the motion including Greens senators and independent senator Lidia Thorpe. Payman was not in the chamber.

The motion said the chant “opposes Israel’s right to exist, and is frequently used by those who seek to intimidate Jewish Australians via acts of antisemitism”.

Note how the motion recognized both how the chant opposes the very existence of Israel, while being used “to intimidate Jewish Australians via acts of antisemitism”.

I mention this all because Nasser Mashni, the “respectable” face of the anti-Israel movement in Australia, posted this a few days ago: :

“IFYKYK (If you know, you know)… Wink mode activated!”

Mashni is taunting Australian Jews, those he has elsewhere disingenuously referred to as his “Jewish brothers and sisters.”

Meanwhile, he liked this Tweet by fellow hater Ali “Abumination” Abunimah:

Those who refuse to condemn what Hamas did on Oct 7 and even support it talking about making the West more civil and improving it – you cannot make this stuff up.
