Besides being terrible people, the anti-Israel protesters also tend to be – how can I say it – not the sharpest tools in the shed. Although tools they are!
On the final day of the Land Expo protests, in which these protesters have already thrown everything but the kitchen sink at police and attendees (as well as engaging in other vile behavior), a couple of Einsteins decided to provide some concrete evidence of this.
Officers allege the woman and a 25-year-old companion parked an unregistered station wagon across Kings Way Bridge about 7:40am on Friday, got out of the car, opened the boot and plunged their arms into wet concrete.
Police say they pulled the 25-year-old’s arm out immediately and took her into custody, then moved the car off the road with the 19-year-old still attached to the car via her concreted arm.
Police released her about 40 minutes later using an angle grinder.
Both women were charged with intentionally obstructing a police officer and public nuisance and were bailed to appear at Melbourne Magistrates’ Court in November.
We’ve seen similar hijinks and braindead looks-on-the-face from other Israel-haters elsewhere in the world. Exhibit A:
They are truly a “special” bunch.
