Jew-Hater Jamie McIntyre Under Investigation Over Alleged Scam

Last year, I posted about businessman Jamie Mcintyre, a Jew-hater who held a “Free Speech Summit” in Australia, starring a cast of thousands a fair few fellow Jew-haters.

As I wrote, he used the summit to try and flog one of his latest “investment opportunities”, a project called Marina Bay in Bali. Locals were angered by the project, with some even calling it a scam.

Turns out they may have had a point.

Bali police are investigating an alleged luxury retirement villa investment scam linked to banned Australian businessman Jamie McIntyre after dozens of Australian mum and dad investors reported millions of dollars in combined losses.

At least 30 Australian investors poured more than $7 million between April and October 2025 into the supposed waterfront luxury villa complex, known as Marina Bay City project in West Lombok’s Pengantap Beach, believing construction was well under way, only to recently discover the land was zoned for agricultural use only and could not be built on.

The project had been heavily spruiked online by McIntyre, who was banned for a decade in 2016 from managing corporations by the Australian Federal Court, which described him in its judgment as “completely financially incompetent”.

But lawyers for the group of Australians say those issues were never disclosed to investors, who were assured all permits had been secured and the project was proceeding well.

Even as those assurances were made, they say, those behind the scheme were attempting to remarket the same land to new investors under a new name, Nesara Bay City.

“This (new) project is also allegedly connected to parties already reported in this case, namely PT Bali Real Estate Investments and Jamie McIntyre,” Bali lawyer Raymont Travis said in a statement, adding the total losses were almost certainly higher given new investors were already being lured into the online scheme.

“Despite investors having fulfilled their payment obligations, Jamie McIntyre recently issued a public ‘buy out special sale’ announcement. He allegedly claimed that existing investors’ rights had been forfeited and that their villa plots were being resold to the public.”

One Australian investor, Amanda Walsh, said she had lost $180,000 in the scheme after following McIntyre and his now-estranged Australian business partner on social media for a number of years, but added she was one of the smaller investors.

“They had a significant influence over people and were the main reason many of us believed in the project and trusted those involve,” she said.

“Some people basically sold everything they had in Australia and put all of their money into this investment. That was their life savings and now they’ve lost that money.”

The Australian attempted to contact Mr McIntyre for comment through several different social media accounts, but he did not respond.

Mr Travis said all 30 of his clients had been approached through social media and all subsequent communication was conducted online.

All had transferred money to nine different accounts in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong but “to date there has been no meaningful physical development on site and no transparent reporting to investors”.

“Based on bank statements and testimony from a former director of PT Bali Real Estate Investment, the victims’ funds were allegedly not used for the project construction but were unlawfully diverted for other purposes,” he said.

The project has also been dogged by internal legal issues, with McIntyre and his business partner filing tit-for-tat criminal complaints against each other.

Along with spruiking numerous investment schemes, Mr McIntyre’s social media feeds are crammed with wild conspiracy theories, including that the state of Israel was behind last December’s Bondi massacre.

As I noted before, this guy is the epitomy of what Jew-haters like him accuse Jews: a greedy individual with quite the schnoz:

Every accusation is a confession. In McIntyre’s case, perhaps it is also a business model.
