A few weeks ago, Melbourne Jewish community advocate Menachem Vorchheimer filed Federal Court proceedings under the Racial Discrimination Act against APAN president Nasser Mashni, over social media posts referring to Israel, Zionism and Judaism as the “Unholy Trinity”.
Now, Mashni is hitting back. No, not by beating Menachem, abducting him, driving him to an abandoned paddock and threatening to break his legs (that is so 1990’s). Rather, he has taken to social media… to grift for money:

What Mashni isn’t telling his minions is how the matter was before the Australian Human Rights Commission, and after he unsuccessfully challenged the Commission’s jurisdiction, he declined to participate in conciliation. So this predicament is fully one of his own making.
Also, he’s a multi-millionaire property developer who could afford the legal fees himself. But why take responsibility for your own actions when you can get others to foot the bill for you.
Come to think of it, this is peak “Palestinian cause,” isn’t it?
