Steve Tyler Rocks
Aerosmith lead singer (and current world record holder for world’s largest mouth), Steve Tyler, has shown that KISS lead singer (and current world record holder for world’s largest tongue), Gene Simmons, is not the only mensch in rock.
Steven Tyler, lead singer of the rock band Aerosmith, dedicated the group’s hit song “Dream On” to abducted soldier Ehud Goldwasser at the request of Golwasser’s wife Karnit during a New York concert this week.Hezbollah fighters kidnapped Goldwasser along with fellow Israel Defense Forces reserve soldier Eldad Regev on July 12. The abduction triggered a 34-day war between Israel and Hezbollah.
Karnit is in New York attending meetings at the annual UN General Assembly this week, together with her husband’s family and Regev’s brother.
In an interview with Army Radio, Karnit Goldwasser said that her husband loves Aerosmith, and that she was moved to tears when Tyler dedicated the song to the abducted soldiers.
She said that she would like a video recording of the concert in order to show to her husband upon his return.
No doubt this latest act of awesome goodness will fuel the rumors (mostly emanating from neo-nazi/anti-Semitic sites) that Steve is a member of the tribe, like his bandmate, drummer Joey Kramer. Come to think of it, maybe that is what he means when he sings Girl, before I met you I was F.I.N.E. Fine….
In any event, thank you Steve for one hell of a nice gesture.

Well it doesn’t include enough of the article, but it’s because her father is Jewish. (IN one of those oddities, she had long thought that her father was Todd Rundgren who was a long time boyfriend of her mother. I forget how she found out who her real father was.) So it’s not just neo-nazi websites.

The thousands Arabs chose to leave Israel so their brethren could come in an slaughter the Jews, just as Arabs slaughtered more than a thousand Jews unprovoked in 1920, 1929, 1936-1939, and so on. — The Arabs backed the wrong horse, and for treasonous behavior in aiding the invading Arabs of 1948 they wound up with no home [lucky for them because the penalty for treason in Israel is death]. The "refugee" problem of Israel denying the treasonous Arabs entry back into Israel is 100% legal and has UN precident [see Greece/Turkey]… and what of the 800,000 innocent Jews of Arab countries who were evicted by 22 Arab states in 1948! Ha! The moral thing to do is for the Arab countries to absorb their brethren in the same percentages of Jews they evicted. However to this day the Arab League prevents Arab countries from naturalizing "Palestinians" and making them citizens; the only country to violate the Arab Leagues proclamation is Jordan, but Jordan has also worked to strip "Palestinians" of their citizenship!
If anything Israel uses to little violence, and ties the hands of its soldiers. If the Arabs laid down their weapons Israel would have no need for defense; if the Israelis laid down their weapons they would be murdered overnight.
