Some breaking news from the palestinian Ma’an News Agency:

I don’t quite understand. How do “National and Islamic Forces” (i.e. terrorists) declare a strike? Since their day job is trying to kill Israelis, wouldn’t a strike mean desisting from this? In other words, a ceasefire (or lull)?
Unless what they mean by strike is a rocket strike on Israel.
Yes, that makes more sense.
