My Arabic’s a little rusty these days, but I believe the words translate as “”Don’t hate me because I’m beautiful.”
Taken from here.
Update: Akiva writes in the comments:
So I went to the link and zoomed up the picture. The face and the left hand are photoshopped on. In his hand is an IDF dog tag, first name Andrey (couldn’t read the rest) that’s replicated 4 times. So at least they couldn’t even locate 4 real dog tags.
That's a .50 caliber sniper rifle and a full gilli suit. He's also HOLDING 4 sets of Israeli dog tags, indicating 4 Jewish kills with trophies taken.

Excellent detective work
So shouldn't this be titled "Hamas Imposter of the Day"?
Who knows if they even got one real tag? As to the photoshopping, it would be interesting to see the original photo, presumably of a woman with that amazing hair. (Cybill Shepard?)
Its very easy to photoshop a dogtag.
A rasta ewe. Must be a dangerous disguise. Could very easily be attacked from the behind.
Notice the steel fencing in the bottom left corner = screams fake. This was most likely a PS manipulation of a US soldier at a training compound.
This looks like "Awad" of "Jibril & Awad do Jihad" from Latma TV. http://www.youtube.com/user/LatmaTV#p/a/u/1/A6WGS…
This may assist but he might astound you when the baby comes. But then again every dog is different. I have introduced my 2 dogs to infants and young kids as they were pups and they do get excited in the start. But they finally calm down and when I tell either my dog to back off they do. It is interesting how they know to be gentle. I noticed with infants and other kids that my dogs turn out to be more cairng of them and will lay down and keep an eye on them. Good luck!
