Mel Gibson’s Father Divorcing And Claiming Abuse
More bad news for antisemite Mel Gibson, with his equally antisemitic father Hutton seriously ill and set to divorce his second wife, over claims of abuse.
Actor Mel Gibson’s father is to divorce his wife aged 93, claiming she is ‘abusing’ him.
Seriously ill Hutton Gibson has filed for divorce after confiding in his troubled son about second wife Teddy Joye.
No stranger to controversy himself, Mel, has apparently rushed to his father’s aid with TMZ reporting, the abuse claims centre around Hutton’s medication.
According to court documents, staunch Catholic Hutton is asking his estranged wife to pay legal fees and also is asking her for spousal support.
TMZ claim Hutton’s second wife, who is in her 70s, believes the Gibson family is prolonging Hutton’s life by encouraging him to take his medication.
She is alleged to believe the drugs should now be discontinued and even claims her husband feels the same.
In other words, his wife wants him off his meds. I’d argue he’s already off his meds.

Meanwhile, I wonder if Gibson senior’s choice of lawyer was motivated by his antisemitism:
Hutton’s lawyer, Fahi Hallin told Radar: ‘I’m hoping this divorce won’t be contentious. I’m not at liberty at this time to discuss why my client has decided to file for divorce, or why he is seeking spousal support.’
Not only is he clearly not Jewish, but Mr Hallin was born in Iran.
On the other hand, he works for a firm called Harris Ginsberg.
