Why the hell did he let him go?!?!?!?!
Because it’s not worth the risk! He’d would have to cuff him, move both vehicles, wait for the police. And you know how long that can take. Also, the perpetrator’s identity is already known. Police forces will pick him up later with an arrest warrant.

As I’ve long suspected, the Arabs are living in a bubble.
