Disturbing Image Of The Day

The above was taken from an Islamic protest in Sydney, Australia.

It is so disturbing, that it prompted the Prime Minister of Australia to comment.

THE Prime Minister and NSW Premier have condemned yesterday’s violent Islamic protest that has horrified the nation, saying it represented ‘the unacceptable face of multiculturalism’ and was not ‘the Australian way’.

Julia Gillard singled out the chilling image of a young child photographed by a woman as he held aloft a poster preaching death.

“I absolutely condemn the violence that we saw yesterday on the streets of Sydney,” Ms Gillard said. “There is never any excuse for violent behaviour.

“I do not want to see in the hands of anyone, particularly children, offensive signs that call for the killing of others . This is not the Australian way.”

Meanwhile, here are more scenes from the protest in Sydney.

These scenes may not seem out of the ordinary to many of you, since we have seen similar elsewhere around the world, but bear in mind this is Australia. As someone who lived most of my life there, I am saddened this hatred and fanaticism has made its way to such a great country. Saddened, but not shocked, because this is not merely about some low budget film. It is part of a war against the West, our values and our way of life.

No Western country is immune from it.

  1. “…the unacceptable face of multiculturalism…”

    And incidentally, its true face. Lebonanization is the word you’re looking for, not this lipstick on a pig “multiculturalism” that makes it sound like you’re just adding more color to a carnival.

    “I do not want to see in the hands of anyone, particularly children, offensive signs that call for the killing of others.”

    Then you don’t want Muslims in Australia. They do that stuff wherever they reside. All the world over the same story.

    This year is off to an auspicious start. /sarc Ah well, it’s always darkest before the dawn. Shanah Tovah to all the righteous, the Jews who do their duty of supporting their state and nation, the non-Jews who have of good grace decided to stand with us, and also the non-Jews who have decided they don’t care about this conflict (believe it or not, in our day and age of “global village” busibodyism, that is something worthy of praise).

  2. I learned this the hard way as a kid: give in to bullying once, and you never get rid of the bully. Pay “protection money” once, and you will never get rid of the racketeer.

    People respond to incentives. Islamists see they can get away with this shiite, and that all the ‘liberal’ societies do is fall over themselves to comply, while obsessing over marginal or 1000x smaller examples of ‘Xian fundamentalism’.

    The West must radically change the incentive structure before it is too late. This guy had the right idea (in a different context). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_James_Napier

    Shana tova umetuka! And: “illegitimi non carborundum” (don’t let the mamzerim wear you down)

      As Kipling put it:

      It is always a temptation to an armed and agile nation
      To call upon a neighbour and to say: —
      “We invaded you last night–we are quite prepared to fight,
      Unless you pay us cash to go away.”

      And that is called asking for Dane-geld,
      And the people who ask it explain
      That you’ve only to pay ’em the Dane-geld
      And then you’ll get rid of the Dane!

      It is always a temptation for a rich and lazy nation,
      To puff and look important and to say: —
      “Though we know we should defeat you, we have not the time to meet you.
      We will therefore pay you cash to go away.”

      And that is called paying the Dane-geld;
      But we’ve proved it again and again,
      That if once you have paid him the Dane-geld
      You never get rid of the Dane.

      It is wrong to put temptation in the path of any nation,
      For fear they should succumb and go astray;
      So when you are requested to pay up or be molested,
      You will find it better policy to say: —

      “We never pay any-one Dane-geld,
      No matter how trifling the cost;
      For the end of that game is oppression and shame,
      And the nation that pays it is lost!”

  3. The cheek of people to come to a country of a different religion and different culture, by their own choice, and have the expectation that their culture and values should be not just respected but enforced.
    They say that you can’t insult Mohammed. Turns out that in Australia, you can. In Saudi Arabia, you can’t. In Pakistan, you can’t. In Yemen you can’t. If they would like to live in a country where laws protect the sanctity of their religion, there are many options. What you can’t do in Australia is be violent against those who disagree with you, or the police, or to threaten violence, or teach your children to. Really, it’s Australia’s fault these misconceptions have occurred. They need to educate migrants and refugees about our laws, so it’s clear for them. They need to ensure they take a test and have some sort of allegiance swearing document. They need to be taught the consequences of breaking the laws of the land, which should include deportation in some cases.

    1. Inessa, you have my vote! We, the collective WE, have bent over backwards to accommodate these people on our, collective, shores. In return, we are disrespected and expected to accept their values while belittling our own. That s not how it is in the real world of families, workers, and believers. But that is the way of things for politically correct pols. You know, the ones elected to protect us. I know not the cure but do believe it will be as unpleasant as it is necessary.

  4. They are simply a cult following vermin multiplying fast and we in the civilised countries have allowed it ….nay positively encouraged it, who is the fool now?

  5. Calling human beings “vermin” and calling for small children to be killed is not OK. It is, in fact, PRECISELY the type of “not OK” that we all so vehemently oppose in Islamism.
