Jon Lovitz Stands Up For Israel
We already knew comedian Jon Lovitz was a Hollywood mensch. He’s tweeted about antisemitism before, but now he’s come out and done the unthinkable: publicly supported Israel against the terrorists of Hamas.
It’s also sad to hear Americans defend Hamas, a terrorist organization.Israel has a right to defend its citizens.

I say unthinkable because it is very rare that Hollywood celebrities will publicly back Israel in such a way. For instance, a few days ago, “celebrity” Kim Kardashian declared she was “praying for Israel”, only to delete her tweet soon after “because [she] realized that some people were offended and hurt by what [she] said.” I’ve also tweeted to Jewish celebrities including William Shatner and Henry Winkler, only to be met with radio silence.
Jon Lovitz, you are a stand up guy.

Henry Winkler came to our family synagogue a few years ago, so I would think he is pro-Israel.
Why? Thousands of ultaorthodox go to synagogue every day and they are proclaimed anti Israel/Zionists. Unhappily being Jewish does not mean being a Zionist.
Its a very pro-Israel synagogue.
