The New York Post has this to say about allegations that a cement company owned by PLO Arab Prime Minister Qureia is helping to build the security fence:
Palestinian officials are probing whether there’s concrete evidence that some of their own firms are helping to build Israel’s controversial “security fence.”

I would not be surprised if these allegations are true. We already know that the PLO Arabs have been building sections of the fence. If you don’t believe me, check out this picture. I have also personally seen PLO Arabs building the settlements.
Just like the child who kills his parents and then asks the court for mercy because he is an orphan.
