I guess it all depends on how you define “human rights.”
Al-Dameer Association for Human Rights called on Hamas government to interrogate using excessive force in applying security in Gaza strip which lately led to killing 12 people.

The Association called the Hamas Interior Ministry to monitor the behavior of its members and take human rights in consideration. Also it called them to raid forcibly the neighborhoods of high population.
I guess this somehow makes sense coming from people who think terrorism is a noble thing.
