Season one introduced us to the characters as they came to terms with their powers, and followed the struggle between good and evil. And it was good.
Season two was a letdown, as action gave way to romance, and one particular storyline went on way too long, despite the fact the season was cut short due to the writers’ strike. But there was still hope of redemption with season three.

The plot is a mess, and the characters are acting completely against type. It is as if the writers have decided that nothing is more fun than insulting our intelligence.
