Your report suggests that you didn’t find evidence of Hamas using Gazan civilians as human shields in staged attacks from the midst of civilian areas, yet there exists easily accessible YouTube footage of this. Are you not familar with YouTube?
Richard Goldstone responds:
I resent your insinuation that I am somehow not Intranet savvy. For instance, I am very active on Twit and Spacebook.
Yes, I did see the videos, but there’s no proof they were taken during Operation Cast Lead, or weren’t Photoshocked.
To prove I am familar with YouTube, I have even found a video proving our finding that the IDF deliberately fired on Palestinian civilians during Operation Cast Lead.
That’s pretty damning.
