c) Rogue launch, Hamas say they’ve arrested them then deny it later
d) No, they really do just want to keep trying to kill us.
My money is on d.

Update 12:08: Israeli TV stations giving conflicting reports saying some/all alarms were false. Muqata has reports of people hearing explosions though.
