They didn’t come any more charismatic than ol’ Blue Eyes Frank Sinatra. So I just love recalling – and reminding you, my dear readers – what a most awesome supporter of Israel he was.
Here’s a photo posted today by Creative Community for Peace, the group behind the recent pro-Israel statement signed by 300+ Hollywood celebrities and honchos.
During this trip, he made a documentary urging world support for Israel. Here is the only footage from it I have been able to locate (previously posted here over three years ago)
Four years later he was back filming the pro-Israel flick Cast A Giant Shadow.
I get the feeling if he were alive today, he would be ripping the anti-Israel celebrities a new one, and would make Jon Voight’s outspoken support for Israel seem tame in comparison.
