From the last great snow there was a great image of firemen clearing streets of snow by spraying water on them: oblivious to the obvious black ice that would be forming within minutes of them leaving the scene.
So watch this. Translation note: “sponga” is a hard tile floor cleaning squeegee device. Long and thin and completely unsuited to moving snow. Every home in Israel has one.
