My friend Rachel Feldhamer took the following photo of a man on the Jerusalem light rail. She tells me:
First I thought he was Bedouin, but he was scanning the train and looking as if he was analyzing it, like a terrorist would. So I started checking him out. It was a full train and hard to move, so I kept my eyes on him because I legit thought I was about to get blown up. Then he sits and I am looking at him still, not letting him out of my sight… and I see the wristband.

Rachel seems to think it is an ISIS symbol. I tend to agree.
She informs me that she passed the photo on to the police, who are trying to locate him.
I will update this post if there are any developments.
Update: Rachel tells me that the security at Bituach Leumi (National Insurance Institute) who helped her get the photo to the police informed her they found him and took him in for questioning.
