The big sporting news over the past day is the firing of David Blatt as head coach of the Cleveland Cavaliers, despite their impressive win-loss record under him, as well as getting to the NBA playoffs last season.
Previously Maccabi Tel Aviv’s head coach, David is a dual Israeli-American citizen. So you can imagine some of the reactions to the announcement of his firing.
