I was going to publish this as one of my regular anti-Zionist-not-antisemite posts, but I have to jump straight to the punchline.
The guy who posted this call to murder Jews – featured in my post on antisemite Anthony Hall – is Glen Davidson of Alberta, Canada.

He looks a bit like Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin (may his memory be a blessing), although he’s clearly more like a crocodile (and you have to love the Blofeld cat pose).
Now I understand Bnai Brith Canada went after Facebook for the posting, but for me, the more urgent issue is that this guy is on the streets. He doesn’t just pose with a cat – he poses a danger to Jews. And what he has done seems to contravene clauses 318 and 319 of the Canadian criminal code.

(2) Every one who, by communicating statements, other than in private conversation, wilfully promotes hatred against any identifiable group is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
I will be alerting the authorities about this. But I welcome anyone else – especially those in Alberta, Canada – doing so.
