Hugh Laurie aka House is in Israel for the Keshet INTV conference.
I’d say that guy in the middle has a bad case of photobombitis.
As far as I can tell, this is Hugh’s first time here. He was supposed to perform in July 2014, but it does not seem to have eventuated, presumably because of the incessant Hamas rockets and ensuing Operation Protective Edge (which, incidentally, his co-star in Fry and Laurie, was on the wrong side of history of).
But Hugh definitely wanted to come – while displaying some impressive Hebrew skills.
I’m glad he was able to finally make it.
