Yesterday, rumors were going around that PA President Mahmoud Abbas had died.
I was offline at the time, but had I heard it, I may have speculated he had a heart attack after his meeting with Jared Kushner.
Alas, it was not true. He is alive and spritely.
Ok, maybe not spritely.
In the meantime, it sounds like chances of an Abbas-Dahlan conciliation might be the thing that is dead.
