Rock’n’roll BDShole Roger Waters has received a recognition from the Buenos Aires City Legislature for his role in supporting efforts to identify fallen soldiers from the South Atlantic War, who were buried in unmarked graves on the Falkland Islands.
But naturally, he couldn’t resist making a particular hand gesture while receiving the award.
