A few days ago, I posted how the Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority tweeted about meeting Shaheed Bin Yusuf Stakala, who is alleged to be a conman. WAFA, the PNA’s own news agency, also reported about the meeting.
Predictably, both the tweet and the WAFA report have since been scrubbed.
But what has really outraged the palestinians is not finding out he is an alleged conman who stolen Hajj and Umrah money from many people. It is something else.
New pictures of a South African fraudster, wanted in South Africa to face charges of stealing Hajj and Umrah money, posing with Israeli settlers have surfaced, stirring outrage.
Several Palestinian accounts published pictures of Shaheed Stakala with Israeli settlers in occupied Jerusalem and the West Bank, where he has been for several months so far.
The pictures showed Stakala sharing meals and partying in addition to visits to houses of settlers. One of the pictures shows Stakla visiting settlers in a stolen house in occupied Hebron.
Stakala’s response does nothing to refute the idea that he is a liar and conman. He is claiming he met the Jews to invite them to Islam. And, according to him, it is working!
And that boy with the yarmulke he is sitting with? Stakala claims he is a French Christian boy who is really getting into Islam!
Stakala’s Facebook page is also replete with posts about him doing interviews. The paid variety, of course.
Yeah, I’m not buying what this guy is selling either.
