Anti-Zionist-Not-Antisemite Jonathan Cook Messes Up Describing “The Lobby”

The Hastings and Rye Palestine Solidarity Campaign recently held a session with Israel-hating journalist Jonathan Cook, and antisemitic writer Asa Winstanley. The topic: Why can’t we talk about Palestine? Naturally, they discussed what is and what isn’t antisemitism, among other things.

You can view the entire thing on YouTube if you are have masochistic tendencies. But I wanted to point out one particular part – where Cook tries to describe “the Lobby” and cannot avoid the dreaded “J” word.

Cook was so clumsy in describing “the Lobby” here, so seemingly intent on demonstrating how anti-Zionism is invariably antisemitic, I am beginning to suspect he may be a Zionist plant.

Well, that and the Zionist poster behind him.
