His crime? Playing a sympathetic Jewish man in a television series.

Eddie has already shown a great understanding of antisemitism; how it has risen on the Left as well as the Right, and how it’s sold as egalitarianism. What this experience might show him (if he didn’t already realize it already), is how almost all “anti-Zionists” are actual Jew haters.
What is interesting is that as far as I know, Eddie received this response simply for playing a Jewish man. His playing Shimon Peres seems to have gone under their radar!
