Besides being a vile Jew hater, this City Council candidate has quite the history in Englewood, with his mouth getting him into trouble:
The plaintiffs allege that Ricardo Whilby, co-owner and manager of Red Hills Towing, said the plaintiffs were the “biggest crooks you will ever see” and were “stealing land and stealing cars,” “screwing black people” and had “paid off people.”
“Speaking out at a City Council meeting is protected by your First Amendment rights,” Ricardo Whilby said on Wednesday.

The companies claim that Ricardo Whilby has stalked their businesses, has attempted to intimidate them and interfere with their businesses.
“I live in Englewood and work in Englewood, if I drive around, is that stalking them?” Whilby asked.
Mr. Rodriques – I would like to make a statement with regard to the events of April 11, 2019. First, I denounce Rick Whilby’s conduct at the last meeting. I reject all of his statements that our elected Board members are criminals and punks. That kind of hateful speech cannot be tolerated
