Following my post exposing Debra Larson’s explicit support for the terrorist who butchered innocent civilians in Tel Aviv last week, her employer Allina Health has promised to investigate and ‘and take action as appropriate and based on Allina’s policies and procedure.’
Tim Burke forwarded your request to speak to human resources. Your concern about Debra Larson’s Facebook comment has been shared with the Employee Relations Investigations and Legal teams. They will determine next steps which may or may not include reaching out to you.
I cannot share anything about our review of this information other than to say we will investigate and take action as appropriate and based on Allina’s policies and procedure.
If there is anything more you would like to add, please let me know.

I have since been in touch with them, providing them with more information regarding Larson’s comment and where I saw she was an employee of theirs.
I am hopeful they will take action here, given the very real concerns surrounding having someone like her near the medical records of Jews and Israelis. Their code of conduct includes non-discrimination:
We are committed to fostering an inclusive culture and to ensuring employees work collaboratively with colleagues and partners and with our patients and their family members. We do not discriminate, exclude or treat people differently on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, veteran status, or any other classification protected by federal, state or local law. Following these inclusion and non-discrimination practices in every interaction with our patients and with each other is essential to providing exceptional care to all those we serve
They also comply with “Laws and regulations [that] exist to combat the financing of actions (through money laundering or other activities) that pose national security or criminal threats. Examples include: terrorism, drug trafficking, and arms and weapons dealing.”
Beyond this, they are presumably very sensitive to terrorism, given they themselves were the victims of it last year after a gunman angry over his medical care opened fire at one of their clinics, killing one and injuring four others.
Meanwhile, I assume they have already contacted Larson about this. She has removed all of the posts from her Facebook wall, and deleted the comment in support of the Tel Aviv terrorist. She did, however, make sure she left up a reminder as to which side she is on:
