After I called out palestinian-terror glorifying video game Fursan al-Aqsa: The Knights of the Al-Aqsa Mosque one time too many for the likes of its creator Nidal Nijm, he added me to his mailing list in an attempt to troll me.
Bad move on his part, because it alerts me to additional things to which I can draw attention, which could lead to the game being taken down.
In his latest email, Nijm announces a new character.
CNN Breaking News: Katos, the God of War converts to Islam and joins Palestinian Resistance against Zionists in a MOD for Fursan al-Aqsa Game, made by the award winner Brazilian modder HAJAS, creator of the Best Call of Duty 4 MOD of 2021: COD Rio.
This MOD changes the default player model to Kratos from God of War 4 and adds a new weapon on the game, the Leviathan, which replaces the knife. It also changes the default player health to 200 HP points instead of 100 HP.

Kratos is a fictional character and protagonist of Santa Monica Studio‘s God of War series, who first appeared in the 2005 video game God of War. He was created by video game designer David Jaffe, who is Jewish.
From what I understand, modders cannot assert ownership over their work and cannot legally profit without infringing the game owner’s copyright. The original developers of the game legally have the right to block the publication of the mods unless there is an End User License Agreement.
Fursan was removed from Steam for copyright infringement once before, rather than for violating anti-terror laws, since Steam, and indeed other gaming platforms, do not seem to have a problem with the game’s incitement to murder.
I have reached out to David Jaffe to draw his attention to the use of his character in the hope he did not agree to any End User License Agreement. I will keep you posted of any developments.
