A number of anti-Israel social media accounts have posted the following photo and captions:

Leaving aside the fact we do not know if this is really what is going on in the photo (perhaps the kid was not being detained), these propagandists cannot seem to make their mind up.
Update: It looks like he was being detained
On one hand, they are showing a kid supposedly not in the slightest bit frightened by IDF troops detaining him.
On the other, they are claiming a kid died from a heart attack running away from IDF troops trying to detain him*:

Which is it? The IDF soldiers are so scary that kids drop dead from heart attacks trying to escape them? Or they are not at all scary to kids?
Interestingly, those condemning Israel for causing heart attacks in palestinian Arab kids merely by trying to detain them seem really ok with palestinian Arab terrorists firing rockets into Israel, which is terrifying to Israeli children. Yet not one Israeli kid has dropped dead from a heart attack.
By the way, this is not the first time the palestinian propaganda machine cannot seem to make up its mind.
*Incidentally, the above allegation is yet another version of the ones we have been seeing – a hybrid of the two contradictory versions as it were. In this version, he was being chased but did not die from falling from a height per the first version, but rather from a heart attack, which was part of the second version.
