In a supposed attempt to combat the growing number of stray dogs in Hebron – at least that is what he claims – Mayor Tayseer Abu Sneineh promised a 20 shekel reward to anyone who would kill a dog, encouraging people to kill as many as possible.
And judging by some shocking social media posts, some palestinian Arabs in Hebron have been more than willing to comply.
Warning: disturbing images follow:

That is not to say there haven’t been palestinian Arab critics of this cruelty:

Although I do have to wonder whether these critics have a problem with the murder of Israelis.
As for the Mayor, none of this is surprising, considering he is a murderer of people.
Tayseer Abu Sneineh was one of four Palestinian terrorists who attacked a group of Israelis on May 2, 1980, in Hebron, near Beit Hadassah – the only building in Hebron in which Jews lived at the time. They murdered 6 Israeli young men and wounded 20. All four terrorists were sentenced to life in prison, but were released in various prisoner exchange deals in the 1980s.
